Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) seeks a Sr. Maintenance Technician to support critical building systems at a client facility. You will lead shift operations, troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems, and mentor technicians to ensure uptime in a highly automated environment.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years of experience with automated conveyors and PLCs, are proficient with CMMS, and can read blueprints and schematics. Strong safety focus and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience with automated conveyors and controls.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with MHE safety standards per OEM and safety standards.
• Knowledge of NEC and industrial electronics.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
• Experience with PLC programs.

Responsibilities

• Repair, maintain, and improve functionality of materials handling equipment and robotic systems.
• Lead and audit preventative maintenance procedures.
• Install and troubleshoot relay logic, ladder diagrams, control components, sensors, and solenoids.
• Lead and mentor work plans for emergency repairs and training for technicians.
• Create and close work orders in CMMS.
• Foster positive relationships with client and operations teams.
• Promote a safe working environment by following procedures.
