Job summary

CBREGWS is seeking a Maintenance Technician III to lead a shift and mentor technicians, ensuring reliable operation of MHE systems within a major client facility. You will optimize preventive maintenance, improve equipment uptime, and support project execution across conveyors, scanners, cameras, and SCADA components.

The role requires 4+ years of automated equipment experience, PLC programming knowledge, electrical/electronic fundamentals, and CMMS proficiency, with strong teamwork and safety

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience working with automated conveyors and controls.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
• Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of NEC and industrial electronics.

Responsibilities

• Repair, maintain, and improve Functionality of MHE and robotic systems.
• Lead and audit preventative maintenance procedures.
• Install and troubleshoot relay logic, ladder diagrams, control components, sensors, and actuators.
• Lead and mentor work plans for emergency repairs and training.
• Create and close work orders in CMMS.
• Collaborate with Client and Operations Maintenance teams.
• Promote a safe working environment by following safety procedures.
