StartVim is seeking a Senior Performance Marketer to own Meta ads end-to-end, drive CAC/ROAS targets, and scale profitable spend for a DTC/e‑com portfolio. The role is fully remote in the United States, requiring hands-on expertise with high-spend Meta accounts and a data-driven approach.

You will partner with the co-founder, craft structured testing roadmaps, and expand into adjacent channels over time while maintaining rigorous reporting cadences and cross‑channel alignment.

Qualifications

• You’ve personally operated Meta accounts at 100k+/month spend for DTC ecom brands, in the platform daily.
• 5+ years of Meta-specific depth and understanding of policy, bidding, and measurement.
• Strong written and verbal communication tailored for leadership and non-experts.

Responsibilities

• Own Meta performance end-to-end, including CAC targets and ROAS.
• Build testing roadmaps and translate signals into creative briefs.
• Lead cross-channel coordination with Google/YouTube agency and ensure data-informed decisions.
