Job summary

Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a Senior Paid Media Strategist to own client performance across Meta campaigns, messaging, and testing.

You will lead strategy conversations, craft direct-response copy, and optimize funnels while maintaining strong client relationships and accountability. The role requires hands-on paid media experience, multi-account management, and ability to drive performance with data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on paid media experience
• Strong direct-response copywriting skills, including ad copy and scripts
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and marketing automation
• Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and lead client strategy conversations
• Strong communication, organization, analytical and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary strategic point of contact
• Lead bi-weekly client calls and prepare performance reports
• Write direct-response copy and video scripts for financial services audiences
• Develop testing strategies across audiences, offers, messaging, and campaign variables
• Set up tracking, pixels, integrations, and lead-routing workflows
• Diagnose underperforming campaigns and drive improvements
