Saman Technosys is hiring a Performance Marketing Manager to own and scale Meta advertising end to end for both a D2C apparel brand and a B2B SaaS product designed for the Indian market. This role is fully remote and eligible from any city in India, requiring documented results and strong data-driven decision making.

You will manage Meta campaigns, optimize CAC/ROAS, and collaborate with design teams to create data-backed hooks and ad copy.

Formación

• 3–6 years hands-on Meta Ads experience.
• Experience with both D2C apparel brand and SaaS product is preferred.
• Provide numbers: monthly ad spend, ROAS, CPA/CPL with time period.
• Strong knowledge of Meta Business Suite/Ads Manager, Pixel, Conversions API, catalog feeds, Advantage+ campaigns, and lookalike audiences.
• Ability to read data (GA4) and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong creative judgment for Indian audience; write hooks/ad copy.
• Remote work and English reporting are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Own the full Meta Ads lifecycle for both brands, including strategy, campaign build, audiences, placements, budgeting, bidding, and daily optimization.
• Run D2C apparel campaigns: prospecting, retargeting, DPA/Advantage+ Shopping, launches, ROAS targets, creative testing at volume.
• Run SaaS campaigns: lead generation, Click-to-WhatsApp, demo/signup funnels, optimize for qualified leads and trial-to-paid.
• Plan a structured creative testing calendar and brief design/content teams based on data.
• Manage Meta Business Manager, Pixel/Conversions API, catalog feeds, custom conversions, and audience setup; ensure clean tracking and trusted attribution.
• Forecast spend against CAC/ROAS, scale winners, cut losers, report weekly with metrics and next steps.
• Stay updated on Meta policy and platform changes to avoid downtime.
