Job summary

Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a Senior Paid Media Strategist to own client performance across media buying, strategy, messaging, and testing. You will manage a portfolio end-to-end, lead client conversations, and drive retention through data-driven recommendations.

The role requires hands-on Meta advertising experience, strong copywriting skills, and the ability to work across funnel stages with accountability to the Associate Director of Operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on paid media experience with substantial Meta advertising responsibility.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and leading client-facing strategy conversations.
• Strong direct-response copywriting skills for ads and VSL scripts.
• Experience developing and testing creative concepts, hooks, angles and messaging.
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization, analytics, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary strategic point of contact.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls covering performance, strategy, testing priorities, and next steps.
• Prepare and send bi-weekly performance reports at least 24 hours before scheduled calls.
• Translate performance data into clear recommendations and strategic decisions.
• Build strong client relationships supporting retention, renewals, and referrals.
• Develop and optimize Meta campaigns focused on lead generation and appointment bookings.
• Manage budgets, audiences, bid strategies, account structure, and creative testing.
• Monitor performance against cost-per-appointment and other metrics.
• Diagnose underperforming campaigns and identify changes to improve results.
• Develop testing strategies across audiences, offers, messaging, creative, and campaign variables.
• Set up and troubleshoot tracking, pixels, and conversion events.
• Configure Calendly integrations, Zapier automations, and lead-routing workflows.
