Job summary

Channel Partners Solutions is seeking a dedicated Meta Technician Expert to install, service, and refresh Meta displays across an assigned retail route. You will diagnose complex issues, perform installations, and ensure planogram compliance while working with minimal supervision.

This full-time role starts at 8:00 am, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend work. Travel up to 120 miles is required, and you will document activities, carry a toolkit, and collaborate with store personnel to

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience with display installations, merchandising, and planogram execution.
Experience using basic tools to maintain displays.
Experience diagnosing and resolving physical display issues including lighting and fixtures.
Experience handling electronic/connectivity issues including cabling and power.

Responsibilities

Execute weekly service visits across an assigned route of 24–35 stores.
Complete work on schedule with minimal rescheduling.
Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues to maintain display functionality.
Perform end-to-end installations, builds, and refreshes of displays and fixtures.
Manage ad-hoc service requests within 48–72 hour SLAs.
Ensure compliance with planograms and brand standards at all locations.
Document service activity and outcomes accurately and on time.
Maintain trunk stock inventory and ensure replacement parts are available for first-time fixes.
Build strong relationships with in-store personnel and participate in team calls.
Complete administrative tasks including scheduling and same-day reporting.
