Job summary

Channel Partners Solutions is hiring a Dedicated Meta Technician Expert to perform end-to-end break‑fix, installations, and maintenance for Meta displays across a multi-store route. You will ensure optimal performance, visual standards, and program compliance with planograms and brand guidelines.

You will diagnose complex issues, complete installations and refreshes, and manage ad-hoc requests within SLA timelines, while coordinating with in-store staff and reporting outcomes promptly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with display installations, merchandising, and planogram execution.
• Experience diagnosing and resolving physical display issues including lighting components.
• Experience identifying and resolving electrical/connectivity issues.
• Ability to read planograms and wiring diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Execute weekly service visits across an assigned route (24–35 stores) per schedule.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues to maintain displays.
• Installations, builds, and refreshes of displays including fixturing and cabling.
• Manage ad-hoc service requests within 48–72 hour SLAs.
• Ensure compliance with planograms and brand standards across locations.
• Document service activity and outcomes on time.
• Maintain trunk stock inventory and replacement parts for first‑time fixes.
• Build strong relationships with in-store personnel and participate in team calls.
