Job summary

Channel Partners Solutions is seeking a dedicated Meta Technician Expert to install, service, and refresh Meta displays across a multi-store route. You will diagnose issues, perform installations, manage cabling and fixtures, and ensure planograms and brand standards are met.

Strong independence and customer‑facing skills are required for reliability and on‑time reporting. This full‑time role starts at 8:00 am, Monday–Friday, with occasional weekend work and paid training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with display installations, merchandising, and planogram execution.
• Experience using basic tools required to maintain displays.
• Experience diagnosing and resolving physical display issues, including lighting components and fixtures.
• Experience identifying and resolving electronic and connectivity issues, including cabling, power, and component integration.

Responsibilities

• Execute weekly service visits across an assigned route of retail locations (24–35 stores) per schedule.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues to maintain display functionality.
• Perform end-to-end installations, builds, and refreshes of displays and fixtures.
• Manage ad‑hoc service requests within SLA timelines (48–72 hours).
• Ensure compliance with planograms and brand standards across locations.
