Job summary

Channel Partners Solutions is seeking a Dedicated Meta Technician Expert to serve as a highly skilled field professional responsible for end‑to‑end break‑fix, installations, and merchandising across a multi‑store route. You will diagnose complex issues, refresh displays, and ensure brand standard compliance while operating with minimal oversight.

In this full‑time role, you will typically work Monday–Friday starting at 8:00 am, with occasional weekend work.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with display installations, merchandising, and planogram execution.
• Experience using basic tools required to maintain displays.
• Experience diagnosing and resolving physical display issues, including lighting components, fixtures, and non‑functioning buttons.
• Experience identifying and resolving electronic and connectivity issues, including cabling, power, and component integration.

Responsibilities

• Execute weekly service visits across 24–35 stores based on market, following schedules and program requirements.
• Complete assigned work on schedule and minimize rescheduling.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues to maintain display functionality.
• Perform end‑to‑end installations, display builds, and refreshes including fixturing, cabling, media players, and security components.
• Manage ad‑hoc service requests within 48–72 hour SLAs when required.
• Ensure compliance with POG, brand standards, and display requirements across locations.
• Identify root causes of recurring issues and implement durable solutions.
• Document and report service activity, outcomes, and insights on time.
• Perform merchandising tasks including inventory replenishment, POP placement, and pricing/fact tag execution.
• Maintain trunk stock inventory and ensure replacement parts are available for first‑time fixes.
