Channel Partners is seeking a Dedicated Meta Technician Expert to manage end-to-end break-fix, installations, and maintenance across a retail display network. You will ensure optimal performance and visual standards on all Meta displays within your territory.

The role requires independent decision-making, strong technical proficiency, and a commitment to completing service SLAs while maintaining brand standards and safety policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with display installations and planograms.
• Experience diagnosing and resolving display issues.

Responsibilities

• Execute weekly service visits to 24–35 stores across the route.
• Diagnose and resolve complex display issues to maintain performance.
• Perform installations, builds, and refreshes of displays and fixtures.
