Job summary

Channel Partners Solutions is seeking a dedicated Meta Technician Expert to manage end-to-end break-fix, installation and maintenance of Meta displays across a multi-store area. You will diagnose issues, perform installations, refreshes, and ensure compliance with planograms and brand standards.

This full-time role runs Monday–Friday starting at 8:00 am, with occasional weekend work and travel within the territory.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with display installations, merchandising and planogram execution.
• Experience using basic tools to maintain displays.
• Experience diagnosing and resolving display issues including lighting components.
• Experience identifying and resolving electronic and connectivity issues including cabling and power.

Responsibilities

• Execute weekly service visits across an assigned route of retail locations (24–35 stores) per schedules.
• Complete work per schedule and minimize rescheduling.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues to maintain display functionality.
• Perform end-to-end installations, builds and refreshes of displays.
• Handle ad-hoc service requests within 48–72 hour SLAs when required.
• Ensure compliance with planograms and brand standards across locations.
