ShipBob, Inc. is seeking a Senior Merchant Success Manager (Sr. MSM) to provide a world-class experience for enterprise and strategic merchants.

The role focuses on understanding merchant needs, driving strategic account planning, and aligning executive-level relationships to deliver lasting results. The Sr. MSM collaborates with internal stakeholders to improve merchant experiences, manages reviews, and coaches teams to scale with mid-market, complex accounts.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in sales and merchant services.
• Experience conducting business reviews with stakeholders.
• Proven ability to foster a positive team culture.
• Ability to build consultative and executive-level customer relationships.
• Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
• Desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced experience with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve the merchant experience.
• Increase KPIs and deliver world-class customer experience for merchants.
• Coach team members to support middle-market, complex merchants.
• Analyze merchants’ supply chain performance to identify opportunities or risks.
• Conduct business reviews and track merchant growth within ShipBob.
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships at all levels within merchants.
• Perform additional duties as needed.
