Job summary

ShipBob, Inc. is seeking a Senior Merchant Success Manager (Sr. MSM) to deliver a world-class experience to enterprise and strategic merchants. You will partner with internal teams, manage strategic reviews, and drive account planning to scale complex middle-market customers.

The role emphasizes building executive-level relationships, aligning strategic goals, and contributing to ShipBob’s mission. This is a remote role with leadership collaboration across the merchant success organization.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in sales and merchant services.
• Proven ability to build consultative and executive-level customer relationships.
• Strong negotiation and conflict-resolution skills.
• Advanced written and verbal communication abilities.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve the merchant experience.
• Increase KPIs and deliver world-class customer experience for merchants.
• Coach team members to enhance performance with middle-market, complex merchants.
• Analyze merchants’ supply chain performance and advise proactive countermeasures.
• Conduct business reviews and identify growth opportunities within ShipBob.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships at executive levels within merchant accounts.
• Take on additional duties as needed.
