Job summary

Intuit seeks a Key Money Specialist to manage end-to-end relationships with key merchants and drive revenue growth in merchant services.

Based in major metropolitan cities, this individual contributor role may require on-site travel up to 25%. You will collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and insights, empowering merchants to optimize payment processing and achieve long-term objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years in quota-carrying software or technology sales, focused on corporate accounts within merchant services.
• Extensive knowledge of merchant services, revenue growth, and high client satisfaction.
• Deep understanding of AR/AP processes related to money movement.
• Familiarity with SaaS platforms and master service agreements in merchant services.
• Knowledge of merchant service industry standards for rates, cost analysis, and risk management.
• Strong business acumen, emotional intelligence, and sales skills.
• Experience selling accounting/ERP/financial software is advantageous.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate Intuit's values and foster collaboration across teams.
• Assess merchant needs and offer tailored recommendations to optimize operations.
• Articulate value propositions for Quickbooks payment platforms and competitive positioning.
• Deliver presentations to C-level executives showing ROI and adoption of solutions.
• Meet and exceed quarterly targets while maintaining a sustainable sales cycle.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to influence buying decisions and deliver comprehensive solutions.
• Partner with Mid-Market AEs to provide a One Intuit interface to customers.
• Streamline deal closures and enhance scalability through efficient use of resources.
• Measure success with metrics like quota attainment, close rates, pipeline velocity, and retention.
