Job summary

Intuit, a leading financial services organization, is hiring a Key Money Specialist to manage end-to-end relationships with key merchants in the US. You will articulate the value of QuickBooks payment platforms and related services, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

You will meet quarterly targets, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and travel up to 25% to on-site customer locations. A 7+ year background in software sales and experience in merchant services are required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in quota-carrying software or technology sales.
• Experience in merchant services is required.
• Understanding of A/R and A/P processes.
• Familiarity with SaaS and MSAs in merchant services.
• Knowledge of rates, cost analysis and risk management.
• Experience selling ERP/financial software is a plus.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and partner support.
• Familiarity with Challenger, SPIN, Solution or Sandler methods.
• Bachelor's degree or MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate Intuit's values and foster collaboration within teams.
• Proactively address merchants' needs with tailored recommendations.
• Articulate value propositions for merchant services and QuickBooks payments.
• Deliver ROI-focused presentations to C-level executives.
• Meet/exceed quarterly targets while maintaining a sustainable sales cycle.
• Collaborate with Mid-Market AEs and cross-functional teams.
• Travel to customer locations as needed (up to 25%).
• Manage end-to-end relationships with key merchants and drive renewals.
