Global Payments is seeking a Senior Small Business Sales professional for the Pittsburgh area. You will drive new business growth and profitability in merchant accounts, serving as the strategic sales lead to engage owners and C-suite executives.

You will build a robust pipeline through bank referrals and self-generated leads, expand relationships with partner teams, and deliver compelling presentations showing how our payments solutions meet client needs.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.
• 6+ years of Merchant Sales Experience required.
• Deep knowledge of the payments industry, Interchange, and gateway connectivity.
• Background in SAAS, Banking, Payables and Receivables a plus.
• Proficient in Salesforce as a CRM is a bonus.
• 10 years of sales experience, with emphasis on solution selling into Commercial, Mid-Market and/or Enterprise space.
• Track record of proven success exceeding sales targets with a data-driven, results-focused mindset.
• Excellent partner relationship building, prospecting, and territory development skills.
• Manage client relationships in partnership with internal teams to ensure customer success and satisfaction across your portfolio.
• Communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.

Responsabilidades

• Drive new business growth and profitability in merchant accounts.
• Serve as the strategic sales lead, consulting with owners and C-suite executives.
• Build and energize a referral network with Commercial Bank partners while executing proactive outreach to generate sales momentum.
• Build and manage pipeline through Commercial Bank referrals and self-generated COI leads.
• Partner with partner sales teams to expand existing customer relationships.
• Deliver persuasive, value-driven presentations that demonstrate how solutions meet client needs.
• Travel within a designated geographical territory to prospect, build relationships, and sign up new local businesses.
