Job summary

Shift4 Payments seeks a Sr Associate to manage merchant onboarding from data gathering to installation, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience. You will configure menus, explain marketplace integrations, and deliver tailored service to SkyTab accounts.

The role requires strong Excel/Google skills, customer focus, and the ability to work on-site at the Center Valley, PA office. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Experience coordinating onboarding projects for merchants or clients.
• Ability to gather requirements and translate them into configurations.
• Willingness to learn Shift4 products and processes.

Responsibilities

• Engage with merchants to understand POS configurations and reporting needs.
• Manage end-to-end onboarding: data collection, configuration, and installation coordination.
• Program merchant menus and set up online ordering in Shift4 Dine ecosystem.
• Maintain clear documentation of interactions and configurations.
• Provide exceptional white-glove service and proactive problem resolution.
