Job summary

Circana is seeking an experienced Senior Manager to partner with client Merchandising teams, delivering data-driven insights and consultative support across categories and initiatives. You will leverage Circana data, AI-enabled tools, and cross-functional collaboration to quantify growth opportunities and influence decisions that impact sales and market share.

Qualifications

• Syndicated data experience with Circana, NIQ, IRI, or similar sources to support client decisions.
• Bachelor's degree required; concentration in Business, Marketing, Economics, Analytics, Statistics, or related field preferred.
• Experience in retail, CPG, or consulting with data-driven roles.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver insights in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong storytelling and communication to present analyses to clients.

Responsibilities

• Business Partnership & Client Support: act as day-to-day partner to Merchandising teams and stakeholders.
• Identify, quantify, and prioritize growth opportunities across assortment, pricing, promotion, and distribution.
• Develop fact-based analyses and translate findings into practical client recommendations.
• Create clear, compelling presentations translating analytical outputs into actionable guidance.
• Support adoption and expansion of Circana solutions aligned to client objectives and workflows.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated client solutions and overcome barriers.
• Manage projects and workstreams with organization and timely risk escalation.
• Stay current on retail and category trends to inform recommendations.
• Share analytical best practices and Circana platform knowledge with peers.
• Surface opportunities to expand Circana data and AI-enabled solutions.
