Job summary

Circana, a leading provider of technology, AI, and data solutions for consumer packaged goods, manufacturers, and retailers, seeks a Manager to deliver data-driven insights and market intelligence across Consumer Technology categories. You will partner with client stakeholders and internal teams to provide recurring reports, customized analyses, and consultative recommendations.

You will balance standardized deliverables with ad hoc requests, ensuring accuracy and a high level of client service

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 2–4 years in market research, business management or client service.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; experience engaging clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders and understand their priorities.
• Deliver recurring reporting, presentations, and insights that translate market data into recommendations.
• Support AI-enabled insights and communicate Circana's capabilities to clients.
• Respond to ad hoc analytical requests with insights on market performance and opportunities.
• Analyze Consumer and B2B Technology sales data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions and client experience.
• Identify opportunities to expand Circana’s value and drive client retention.
