SSVA, a New Charter Technologies company, is seeking a Network Infrastructure Specialist in Richmond, VA to deploy, manage, automate, and troubleshoot Cisco Meraki networks and Azure environments for small and mid-sized clients. Formación

• 5+ years of experience with small and mid-sized businesses in a services-based environment.
• 5+ years of networking experience, including Meraki support.
• 3+ years supporting Azure environments.
• 3+ years’ experience in Automation (Python, PowerShell).
• 3+ years’ experience understanding alert and alarm handling for Network, Server, and Azure Environments including automation of standard runbooks for alerts.

Responsabilidades

• Own deployment and ongoing management of Meraki environments.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues using Meraki Dashboard and Wireshark.
• Coordinate with network providers and carriers to resolve issues.
• Develop automated runbooks for alerts and remediation.
• Support disaster recovery, security, and backup plans.
