Strategic Solutions of Virginia, LLC is seeking an Infrastructure Specialist to deploy, manage, and automate Cisco Meraki networks, Azure environments, and server infrastructure for SMB clients. The role emphasizes troubleshooting, automation with Python/PowerShell, and acting as a technical escalation point.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with SMB services-based environments.
• 5+ years networking including Meraki.
• 3+ years supporting Azure environments.
• 3+ years automation experience (Python/PowerShell).
• 3+ years managing network/server alerts and runbooks.
• Ability to install and configure Meraki Cloud Firewalls, VPNs, SD-WAN.
• Certifications or equivalent experience (e.g., AZ-104/AZ-140/CCNA).

Responsibilities

• Own deployment and management of Meraki networks for clients.
• Diagnose latency, loss, and connectivity using Meraki Dashboard and Wireshark.
• Automate remediation and runbooks; integrate with APIs.
• Coordinate with ISPs/carriers to resolve tickets.
• Provide on-site support travel to client sites as needed.
• Ensure security, DR, and backup plans are in place.
