You will serve as a technical escalation point, building automated runbooks in PowerShell and Python, and using tools like Meraki Dashboard and Wireshark to resolve complex issues.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in networking for small and mid-sized businesses.
• 3+ years of experience supporting Azure environments.
• 3+ years of automation experience (Python, PowerShell).
• Experience with Meraki deployments and troubleshooting across LAN/WAN.
• Ability to analyze alerts and automate runbooks.

Responsibilities

• Own deployment and ongoing management of Meraki environments.
• Diagnose latency, packet loss, and connectivity issues using tools like Wireshark.
• Coordinate with carriers and vendors to resolve tickets.
• Develop automated runbooks for repeatable remediation.
• Provide on-site client support travel as needed.
