Job summary

MSM Technology seeks a Lead Network & Cloud Engineer/SME to own the architecture of hybrid Cisco Meraki and Microsoft Azure networks. This remote role covers DC/MD/VA and reports to senior management. The engineer will design secure, scalable networks and mentor the team.

The position requires deep expertise in Azure networking, Meraki, and firewall operations, with emphasis on security and performance in a hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum eight years in enterprise network engineering and architecture.
• Five+ years delivering enterprise network managed services, with focus on Azure networking.
• Mandatory certifications listed in qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME for Cisco Meraki and Microsoft Azure networking components.
• Design, document, and maintain secure network architecture with zero-trust segmentation.
• Lead Azure cloud networking, VPN/Direct Connect configuration, and firewall policy management.
• Escalate and perform advanced root cause analysis for Priority 1 incidents.
