Job summary

LeoForce is seeking a Senior Superintendent - MEP in Dallas to lead mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems on large-scale projects. You will ensure work is on schedule, on budget, and compliant with safety and quality standards, coordinating with engineers, architects, and subcontractors.

Responsibilities include overseeing MEP design reviews, on-site implementation, procurement, reporting to management, and maintaining high safety and quality across all phases of the project.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a similar MEP construction role.
• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering (or related).
• Proven MEP management on large-scale projects.
• Knowledge of OSH guidelines and construction procedures.
• Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple projects.
• Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder liaison skills.
• Proficiency with project management software and related tools.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
• Commitment to safety and quality in all aspects of the job.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all MEP aspects of construction projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate and supervise MEP subcontractors per plans and specs.
• Review and approve MEP designs and ensure on-site implementation.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, architects, and others.
• Monitor project progress and adjust to meet deadlines.
• Ensure safety and quality compliance across MEP work.
• Provide technical advice and resolve MEP-related issues.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of systems and equipment.
• Manage procurement of MEP materials and equipment.
• Prepare and present progress reports to senior management.
