Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Senior Superintendent - MEP to lead mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems on our infrastructure projects in the United States. The role requires strong leadership, broad MEP knowledge, and solid project management capability.

With a focus on on-time delivery, safety, and quality, the candidate will coordinate subcontractors, review designs, manage budgets, and communicate with stakeholders to ensure project success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a similar MEP construction role.
• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering or related field.
• Experience managing MEP systems on large projects.
• Knowledge of construction procedures and OSH guidelines.
• Strong leadership and multi-project management ability.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee MEP aspects from inception to completion on projects.
• Coordinate and supervise MEP subcontractors on-site.
• Review and approve MEP designs and ensure on-site implementation.
• Collaborate with PMs, engineers, architects and others.
• Monitor progress and adjust as needed for timely delivery.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Provide technical guidance and resolve MEP issues.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of systems/equipment.
• Manage procurement of MEP materials and equipment.
• Prepare reports on MEP progress for senior management.
