Job summary

Turner Construction Company in Dallas seeks a Senior Superintendent for Mechanical and Electrical trades on the Dallas Main project. You will lead, direct and coordinate subcontractors, ensure safety, schedule delivery, quality, and budget adherence, and supervise field staff.

You will collaborate with engineers and architects on MEP coordination, review drawings, support turnover, and oversee commissioning and punch lists.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of formal engineering or architectural experience and a minimum of six years of mechanical/electrical/plumbing construction experience.
• Knowledge of building construction, means and methods, scheduling and cost control procedures, general contract, general conditions, subcontract documents, drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency with BIM and its use in coordinating MEPS and other systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities; proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate MEPS work with subcontractors and Turner labor to meet safety, schedule, quality, and budget.
• Manage work among trades to promote coordinated project operations and resolve site issues.
• Oversee site safety program and subcontractor compliance with Turner safety standards.
