Job summary

LeoForce is seeking a Senior MEP Manager to lead field activities on large projects in Sanford, FL. You will own the project from startup to completion, coordinate subcontractors, manage safety, and maintain critical schedules to ensure on-time delivery while meeting quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years related construction experience.
• Experience leading on-site management teams on large projects.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural/engineering drawings and contract docs.

Responsibilities

• Own, coordinate, and manage field activities from start-up to project completion.
• Maintain and track overall project schedule; create a two-three week lookahead.
• Provide real-time data to PM/Scheduler for schedule updates.
• Lead on-site safety and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Conduct meetings to coordinate subcontractor activities and ensure schedule adherence.
• Mentor and train team members on professional project execution.
