Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in a similar MEP-focused role in construction.
• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience managing MEP systems on large-scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and OSH guidelines.
• Excellent project management skills with multi-project leadership.
• Exceptional leadership to guide a professional team.
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder liaison abilities.
• Proficient with project management software and related tools.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all MEP aspects of our construction projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate and supervise the work of all MEP subcontractors, ensuring compliance with plans and specs.
• Review and approve MEP designs and ensure proper on-site implementation.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, architects, and other professionals for project progress.
• Monitor project progress and adjust as needed to ensure timely completion.
• Ensure MEP work complies with safety and quality standards.
• Provide technical advice and resolve MEP-related issues.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of systems and equipment.
• Manage procurement of materials and equipment for MEP systems.
• Prepare and present progress reports to senior management.
