Job summary

BRG Advisors is seeking a Senior MEP Superintendent to lead the execution of Mechanical and Electrical systems on major Dallas-area projects. The role involves planning, coordinating, executing, commissioning, and turnover while upholding safety, quality, schedule, and budget.

You will oversee MEP field activities from procurement through turnover, collaborating with the project team, engineers, and subcontractors, and mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with mechanical and electrical systems in complex construction environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the execution of all Mechanical and Electrical field activities.
• Develop comprehensive MEP schedules covering engineering, coordination, procurement, installation, startup, testing, commissioning, turnover.
• Resolve complex field and coordination issues.
• Serve as primary field liaison with engineers, design consultants, subcontractors, inspectors, owners, and project staff.
• Mentor MEP Superintendents and Assistant MEP Superintendents.
• Co-lead MEP turnover, startup, testing, commissioning, closeout, and owner turnover.
