Job summary

Skanska is seeking a Senior Project Manager - MEP to lead large, complex construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. You will assemble and direct project teams to ensure safe, on-time, and cost-effective outcomes while protecting bid positions and regulatory compliance.

The role requires a proven 6+ year track record in client satisfaction, on-time delivery, and profitable project delivery, plus a Bachelor’s in Construction Management or equivalent with 10+ years of experience.

Qualifications

• 6+ years proven track record of client satisfaction.
• 6+ years track record of delivering on-time projects.
• 6+ years of experience maintaining or exceeding planned profit targets for projects.
• 6+ years creating and maintaining a culture of safety.
• 6+ years experience developing a culture of quality assurance and control.
• 6+ years managing and developing successful teams.
• Bachelor's Degree - Construction Management or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience

Responsibilities

• Develop tactical and operational plans for projects.
• Manage project finances and commercial agreements.
• Drive quality and safety programs on site.
• Proactively manage risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with preconstruction and design teams.
• Monitor subcontractor performance to meet schedule and quality.
• Negotiate contracts and maintain client relationships for current and future work.
