Job summary

Skanska USA is seeking a Senior Project Manager – MEP to lead large, complex construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. You will assemble and direct project teams to deliver safe, on-time, and cost-effective outcomes, while protecting bid position and ensuring regulatory compliance.

This role requires a strong track record in MEP coordination, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management, plus proven leadership to develop high-performing teams and maintain client relationships

Qualifications

• 6+ years proven track record of assuring client satisfaction.
• 6+ years track record of delivering on-time projects.
• 6+ years of experience maintaining or exceeding planned profit targets for projects.
• 6+ years creating and maintaining a culture of safety.
• 6+ years experience developing a culture of quality assurance and control.
• 6+ years managing and developing succesful teams.
• Bachelor's Degree - Construction Management or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience

Responsibilities

• Develop tactical and operational plans, managing project finances and commercial agreements, and driving quality and safety programs on site.
• Collaboration with preconstruction and design teams, and constant monitoring of subcontractor performance to meet schedule and quality expectations.
• Negotiate contracts, resolve complex cross-functional problems, and maintain client relationships to support current projects and future business development.
