Job summary

Skanska USA is seeking a dynamic Superintendent - MEP to lead planning, coordination, and execution of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work on a construction project. The role requires extensive field leadership and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

You will supervise subcontractors, monitor progress, and ensure safety, quality, and adherence to contract documents. Candidates should have 10+ years of MEP construction experience and a proven track record

Qualifications

• 10+ years of proven MEP construction experience.
• Strong knowledge of safety and QAQC culture.
• Electrical trade knowledge with project experience.
• Experience managing schedules and subcontractors.
• Experience with contracts and exhibits.
• Ability to read plans and specs in detail.

Responsibilities

• Supervise subcontractors and monitor progress on site.
• Manage logistics, safety, and quality standards.
• Support schedule and cost control for the project.
• Assist with contracts, risk, and change management.
• Ensure subcontractors meet insurance and contract requirements.
