Job summary

Skanska is seeking a dynamic Superintendent - MEP to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work on a construction project. This role ensures MEP systems are installed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with contract documents, design requirements, codes, and schedules.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of proven MEP construction experience
• 7+ years Safety and QAQC cultural knowledge
• 7+ years of electrical trade specific knowledge
• 5+ years experience managing schedules and subcontractors, coordinating with architectural trades
• 5+ years experience working with contracts and exhibits
• 5+ years experience with detailed planning and understanding plans and specs

Responsibilities

• Supervise subcontractors and coordinate MEP trades on site
• Monitor progress and manage logistics to meet schedule
• Support schedule and cost control to deliver projects
• Maintain quality and safety standards across all works
• Assist with contracts, risk, change orders, and pay requisitions; ensure required insurances/certifications are in place
