Job summary

Sundt Construction in Texas seeks an experienced MEP Manager to lead coordination of mechanical, electrical and plumbing trade work on major projects. You will join the project team to ensure timely delivery of MEP trades, manage subcontractors, perform constructability reviews, and support scheduling and issue resolution.

The role requires 10+ years in construction/MEP coordination and a degree in construction management or engineering.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Construction/MEP Coordination.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with detailed CPM schedules for all MEP activities.
• Review subcontractor change orders and costs with project team.
• Coordinate materials procurement and related activities with MEP team.
• Provide constructability reviews and response plans for open items.
• Lead MEP subcontractors from start-up through commissioning.
