Atlantic Constructors, Inc. seeks a Project Manager (SPM) - MEP to oversee design and construction of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems for commercial projects in the Sterling area.

You will review plans, manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractors while leading cross-functional teams to meet financial goals. You will coordinate with pre-construction, safety, CAD/BIM, and fabrications shops; develop recovery plans when needed; and interface with clients and architects to maintain

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field and 7-10 years' experience.
• Strong communication and Interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules and teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning and delivery of MEP portions for commercial projects.
• Coordinate with pre-construction, sales, safety, CAD/BIM and fabrication shops.
• Review plans and specs for constructability and cost control.
• Lead project teams and manage client relations and subcontractors.
• Develop schedules, budgets, cash flows, and change orders.

Skills

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Eng.
