Atlantic Constructors, Inc. in Sterling, VA seeks a seasoned Project Executive - MEP to lead multiple projects in HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical contracts. You will drive on-time, on-budget delivery while fostering client relationships and coordinating with Architects, Engineers, and internal teams.

The role requires a Bachelor's in engineering and 10+ years of construction and project management experience, with Procore and BIM familiarity preferred. OT may be required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent.
• 10+ years in construction, design, finance and PM.
• Strong management and strategic planning abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; able to pass background checks.
• Willing to work overtime as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, organize, and staff key field positions through senior management.
• Set objectives, policies, and performance standards per policy.
• Liaise with prime client, Architect, and Engineer for business development.
• Monitor schedule and budget; implement corrective actions.
• Represent company in project meetings and negotiations.
• Manage financials of contracts to protect interests.
• Coordinate with pre-construction, sales, safety, CAD/BIM and fabrication.
• Develop construction plan, schedule, and procurement strategy.
