Job summary

Atlantic Constructors, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager (Commercial Construction) to lead MEP-focused projects from planning through delivery. You will oversee mechanical, plumbing, sheet metal, HVAC, electrical and fire protection scopes, review plans for constructability, and ensure projects meet financial goals.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to coordinate with subcontractors and internal teams to deliver on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field required.
• 7–10 years of experience in project management for commercial construction.
• Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains relationships with internal teams, clients, subcontractors and vendors.
• Develops and maintains project plans, schedules and budgets.
• Coordinates with pre-construction, sales, safety, purchasing and CAD/BIM teams.
• Monitors manpower, material delivery, and project performance to meet budgets and quality goals.
• Identifies changes in scope, prepares pricing and handles change orders with clients.
