You will review plans, manage budgets, and lead the project team to meet financial goals while coordinating with clients and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be a self-starter, able to work with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to pass post-offer background and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning and delivery of MEP commercial construction projects.
• Lead internal teams and coordinate with pre-construction, sales, safety, purchasing, CAD/BIM, and client personnel.
• Develop and maintain construction plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Review plans and specs for design and constructability issues.
• Manage changes in scope, pricing, and change orders.
• Monitor daily metrics and mentor site leadership for on-time, on-budget completion.
