Atlantic Constructors, Inc. is seeking a Project Executive - MEP to lead multiple projects in the Commercial HVAC, Plumbing, or Electrical sectors.

The role oversees direction from staffing to budget adherence, collaborating with clients and architects to deliver high-quality results. You will manage financials, coordinate with internal teams, and drive business opportunities while maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent combination of training and experience.
• 10+ years of construction, design, finance and project management.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities with a strategic mindset.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and staff key field positions with project management.
• Establish project objectives, policies, and performance standards.
• Maintain liaison with client, architect, and engineer for business development.
• Monitor project progress to meet schedule and budget, and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare and present revenue forecasts, cash flow analyses, and value assessments.
