Atlantic Constructors, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager (MEP) to oversee planning and delivery of commercial construction projects including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.

The SPM will review plans for constructability, lead project teams, and ensure performance against budgets and schedules. Successful candidates will lead cross-functional coordination with pre-construction, sales, safety, purchasing, CAD/BIM, and fabrication shops, while maintaining strong client

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field; 10+ years preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be self-starter with strong problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate PM activities for commercial MEP projects
• Develop and manage construction plans, schedules, and budgets
• Review plans and specs for constructability and apply quality program requirements
• Guide subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to meet project goals
