Zusammenfassung

HarborChase of Plano is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to provide ADL assistance and daily care for residents in a respectful, dignified environment. You will work closely with residents, families, and the care team to meet physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.

The role requires high school education and CNA certification or ability to obtain it; 1–3 years in a senior care setting is preferred, with strong communication skills and a commitment to safety and teamwork.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma required; CNA certification preferred or able to complete training.
• 1–3 years experience in a senior care setting preferred.
• Knowledge of dementia and Alzheimer's impact on behavior.
• Able to communicate effectively with all levels of management, associates, residents and families.

Aufgaben

• Provide quality care and assist residents with ADLs.
• Assist residents with physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.
• Follow resident LOC and report changes to supervisor.
• Respond to resident calls in a timely manner.
• Escort residents to meals and assist with dining.
• Maintain clean and tidy resident rooms and dining areas.
• Assist with resident laundry as directed.
