Job summary

Perspire Sauna Studio of Closter is seeking friendly, results-oriented team members for our member service team. You will sell memberships in a commission-based atmosphere, reach out to leads via our CRM, and promote the value of IR Saunas to potential guests.

Ideal candidates have strong customer service and sales experience, availability in evenings and weekends, and a history of reliable attendance. Competitive pay with training and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience preferred.
• Ability to maintain over 30% sales conversion.
• Evening and weekend availability.
• Verifiable history of excellent attendance.

Responsibilities

• Sell memberships with confidence in a commission-based atmosphere.
• Reach out to leads using our CRM with high-energy.
• Promote the benefits of IR Saunas and the Perspire membership.
• Set reservations and book follow-up appointments.
• Accommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcome.
• Administer studio tours for new guests.
• Answer all questions about services and the facility.
• Maintain clean facility and turnover/cleaning of sauna rooms.
• Maintain and organize towel supply area.
