Job summary

Perspire Sauna Studio in New Jersey is seeking upbeat, sales-driven team members to join the member service staff. You will sell memberships with confidence, greet guests, and promote the benefits of IR Saunas.

We value a positive, outgoing attitude and the ability to achieve over a 30% sales conversion with prior sales experience. Evening and weekend availability is required, with training and advancement opportunities offered.

• Ability to maintain over 30% sales conversion + previous sales experience.
• Assist Store Manager with coaching sales team.
• A verifiable history of excellent attendance.
• Evening and weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Sell memberships with confidence in a commission-based atmosphere.
• Reaching out to leads using our CRM with high-energy.
• Promote the benefits of IR Saunas and the value of having a Perspire Sauna Studio Membership.
• Set reservations and book follow-up appointments.
• Accommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcome.
• Administer studio tours for new guests.
• Answer all questions about services and the facility.
• Maintain clean facility, turnover/cleaning of individual sauna rooms.
• Maintain and organize the facility’s towel supply area.
