Job summary

Perspire Sauna Studio in New Jersey is hiring for a member service role. You will sell memberships, engage leads via our CRM with high energy, and promote the benefits of IR sauna memberships. You’ll set reservations, provide tours, answer questions, and help maintain a welcoming studio environment.

Ideal candidates have sales experience, a strong team attitude, and the flexibility to work evenings and weekends. Competitive pay includes commission and bonuses, plus an IR sauna membership.

• Assist Store Manager with coaching sales team
• A verifiable history of excellent attendance

• Reaching out to leads using our CRM with high-energy
• Promote the benefits of IR Saunas and the value of having a Perspire Sauna Studio Membership
• Set reservations and book follow-up appointments
• Accommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcome
• Administer studio tours for new guests
• Answer all questions about services and the facility
• Maintain clean facility, turnover/cleaning of individual sauna rooms
• Maintain and organize the facility’s towel supply area
