Job summary

Perspire Sauna Studio of Closter is seeking energetic team members for our member services team. You will sell memberships in a commission-based environment, connect with leads via our CRM, and promote the benefits of IR saunas and the Perspire membership.

You’ll set reservations and guide new guests through studio tours. Ideal candidates bring a positive, results-driven attitude, strong attendance, and evening/weekend availability to help grow our wellness-focused studio in Closter.

Qualifications

• A genuine desire to promote positivity and provide exceptional service.
• A consistently fantastic team-player attitude.
• Ability to maintain over 30% sales conversion + previous sales experience
• Assist Store Manager with coaching sales team
• A verifiable history of excellent attendance
• Evening and weekend availability

Responsibilities

• Sell memberships with confidence in a commission-based atmosphere
• Reaching out to leads using our CRM with high-energy
• Promote the benefits of IR Saunas and the value of having a Perspire Sauna Studio Membership
• Set reservations and book follow-up appointments
• Accommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcome
• Administer studio tours for new guests
• Answer all questions about services and the facility
• Maintain clean facility, turnover/cleaning of individual sauna rooms
• Maintain and organize the facility’s towel supply area
