The Senior Account Executive, Membership will drive new business growth through a consultative sales approach while building trusted relationships with senior executives and board members.

This role blends strategic selling with long-term relationship management and requires a polished sales professional comfortable engaging with C-suite leaders.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience in membership-based, professional services, or consultative sales environments.
• Experience engaging C-Suite Executives/Senior Leadership/Boards of Directors within Fortune 500 space.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.

Aufgaben

• Identify and secure new membership accounts within an assigned territory.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand organizational goals and recommend tailored solutions.
• Own the full sales lifecycle, from prospecting through closing.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with executive leaders and board members.
• Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
• Maintain accurate pipeline activity, forecasting, and documentation within the CRM.
• Provide guidance and feedback to junior sales or membership development staff.
• Stay current on industry trends, offerings, and evolving sales strategies.
