Qualifications

• 7+ years of management experience leading sales, membership, or related teams.
• Experience managing 3–5+ direct reports.
• Proven ability in pipeline management, forecasting, and revenue growth.
• Experience working with senior executives and large accounts preferred.
• Background in membership organizations or associations is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with Salesforce or another large CRM platform.
