Job summary

Life Time Irvine is seeking a part-time Membership Concierge III to deliver exceptional service to members and guests, promoting memberships and facilitating the buying experience. You will contribute to club acquisition and retention goals while modeling service-focused behaviors.

You will lead in educating members on programs, events, pricing, and policies, and you will connect new members to Personal Training services.

Qualifications

• Multitask in a fast-paced environment while delivering high quality service.
• Stand for up to 4 hours at a time.
• Strong verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate check-in for members and guests.
• Handle and delegate incoming calls for prompt responses.
• Educate members about programs, events, pricing, and policies.
• Build relationships to foster loyalty and retention.
• Assist with account maintenance and payments.
• Support retention by assisting with membership cancellations and options.
• Provide service recovery and resolve member questions.
• Promote Personal Training and enroll new members.
• Maintain brand-consistent email/phone communications.
