Job summary

Life Time in Irvine, CA seeks a Membership Concierge II to maintain member accounts, deliver service, and engage guests across programs and events. Grow through hospitality certifications while crafting a personalized succession plan for career goals.

You will handle membership inquiries, educate members, and contribute to retention initiatives in a fast-paced, guest-centric environment. Weekend and shift flexibility is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years in customer service or sales.
• Must multitask, deliver high-quality service, and communicate well.
• Complete Retention Specialist Certification within 60 days of hire.
• Demonstrated passion for serving others and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Serves as first contact for members and guests entering the resort.
• Builds relationships and creates extraordinary experiences.
• Handles inbound calls and outbound outreach to support engagement.
• Educates members on programs, events, pricing, and policies.
• Assists with account maintenance, changes, and payments.
• Supports new membership sales and retention efforts.
• Resolves member questions and concerns using available tools.
